Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFO:

Items purchased will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment has been received. We use USPS unless special requested. Any additional costs for special request carriers will be flowed down to customer invoice.

When shipping, we will package with care but hold no liability for items damaged in shipping. You will have an option to add shipping insurance at your cost, if you chose.

Shipping Policy - LARGE HEAVY ITEMS

We have very large beautiful hand made wood items that we feel would be too expensive to ship. Please feel free to contact us and inquire regarding a shipping quote if you are interested and can not make it in for pick up. On large items over our shipping weight limit, a special request must be made if not purchasing in store and all shipping and handling fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
